Dear Ariane, I am delighted to conduct this interview with you: when you contacted me, in 2023 if my memory serves me right, you approached me by saying that you had read my articles online and that you had enjoyed them and obviously, this made me very happy in these times of intellectual drought and massive return of state propaganda.
One of the first words you uttered during our initial conversation was: the importance of remaining level-headed. Your background as a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and then as a professor of Classical Literature, my background as a certified Philosophy teacher Then, teachers and teacher trainers of primary and secondary schools could only agree on this central concern: keeping reason in the general chaos of our time, especially since the intervention of "the Covid crisis", followed by the Ukraine-Russia war and today, Israel/United States-Iran.
