"Bullying aims at the progressive destruction of an individual or group by another individual or group, through repeated pressures intended to forcibly obtain from the individual something against his will and, in doing so, arouse and maintain in the individual a state of terrorism" (Bilheran, 2006, p. 7).
An accusation of harassment in a company has become commonplace. This accusation may cover harmful actions, but it can also be used for instrumental purposes and in a logic of harassment.

Bullying in an organisation takes place in a certain system, where power logics prevail (not necessarily hierarchical), a growing culture of results generates economic and moral pressures. In fact, pressure and stress are factors of bullying, because everyone becomes more aggressive, more anxious and more fragile.
